I am working with a small group of Californians, mostly Northern Californians, to create sustainable intentional community. They are a 501(C)3 based in Santa Cruz, They are actively looking in Mendocino county and have very ambitous plans in regards to sustainable agriculture. They have regular meetings and an Eco-Feminist orientation based on permaculture. They are hoping to purchase the land collectively through the Non-Profit and allow people to live and work without a signifcant capital stake.
